"I was in the drive thru. She mistook my order... fine. Accidents happen. I then waited in front of the building for 20 minutes, watching people go inside, order, and come out... before me. For reverence, I ordered a 12 piece and a sandwich. I wasn't feeding an armada. When the girl came out, she brought out an 8 piece... when I mentioned that it wasn't what I ordered, she literally shrugged and said, "Oh ok. Well, I don't know...." She handed me the bag with the wrong order and walked away... the customer service was awful here. The food TASTED fine but for the rest... save yourself the trouble of trying to maneuver the minimal drive thru and the employees."

"Went not less than an hour ago and asked for fresh chicken, and they gave me chicken that was not thoroughly cooked. I called this place 20 times no answer!"

"I tried calling I placed the order they’re not answering the phone. I tried calling again on Sunday morning and they’re still not answering the phone the manager there. Her customer service is so poor I don’t understand why they still in business I don’t even like going to them. I asked for all thighs spicy as you can see there are drumsticks in there they don’t speak English properly or they don’t understand English properly. Get somebody in there that speak English and understand what people are telling them when placing our order. Poor customer service. I hate this Popeyes."

"First the drive thru is very tight If you're in a SUV be careful. We ordered chicken tenders,they were cooked but not crispy like normal and had a rubber taste. Fries were good biscuits under cooked no butter."

"This was an awful experience. They got the majority of the order wrong. Items were missing, i. e. Strawberry biscuits, the biscuit from the combo meal, straws, sauces, and in the case of the shrimp meal, "shrimp". The chicken tenders from the "surf and turf" combo were pigeon sized. I was at least expecting popcorn shrimp, although the description didn't state popcorn shrimp. What we received was cut up shrimp PIECES coated in batter. There may have been a total of 3 medium sized shrimp, and that is being very generous. The left side of the pic below was breading, the right side was the shrimp. The pic with one item was the whole breaded shrimp. I was left with a plate full of breading crumbs. The Coke tasted like fizzy water and chemicals. I was appalled at what Popeyes was passing off as a meal after having people pay almost $10 per person. I would not even recommend this place to people I didn't like."
