"Terrible wait time. It’s been like this for quite some time now at this location. Something is definitely wrong with the management and/or training employees at this spot. They create long lines with the way they serve the bowls one scoop at a time and then leaving the bowl/box for the next employee to complete."
"Ordered chow mein sweet fire chicken and kung pao, received nothing but cabbage and pineapple no noodles 3 pieces of chicken worse order I have ever received in the last years at panda. If I wanted nothing but vegetables and fruit I could’ve gone to meijer down the street"
"Came in to pick up dinner after work today around 7:15, when we walked in we were right against the door but didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes to order. Always great portions at this location, and it looked like all the dishes were freshly stocked when we came in. Service was quick and courteous. The whole point of my review was to say that idk who was cooking this evening, but they’re phenomenal! Everything was well seasoned, tasty, and my meats and veggies even had browning and a sear to them, which is usually nonexistent at Panda Express. THANK YOU to the cooks tonight."
"I usually come here during the week without issues. Im assuming the Sunday workers are a skeleton crew. I don’t know if they forgot to turn on the warmers or if the feed was just cold. I nicely told the worker the food was cold. Her response “I wouldn’t know, Im not a shrimp person “…WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT?! then the 2 cooks kept looking at me and grinning at each other. THEN THEY MADE A NEW BATCH THAT WASNT FULLY COOKED"
