"I waited 30 minutes for my meal because there was only ONE worker!!! I finally got my food and I had ordered a milkshake as well, and the milkshake wasn’t even done! He said he would go make it right then, 10 minutes later I go back up there to get my shake, but guess what, he said he would go make it right then. I requested a refund because no one should have to wait 40 minutes for a freaking milkshake. I sat to eat my food (with no milkshake), and found a hair in my fries. disgusting. Will never go back."
"The manager/ cook I’m guessing (wearing normal/ nicer clothes cooking) was incredibly rude to this older man trying to be lighthearted and asking for something. She snapped back at him and then when he responded “ why are you so angry I was asking nicely and I was teasing” she snapped back “ do want your food to go?!?!?” I was shocked how impatient and rude she was to her customers. I work in retail/ fast food, I have been incredibly stressed and have had some of the longest hardest days and get talked to rude by customers all day, I certainly wouldn’t EVER talk to anyone how she talked to people. My dad is older and was with me and I did not want him talking to the employees in fear she would be impatient and rude to him too. She was not nice to the older customers and the place kinda older vibe. It wasn’t gross there but you can tell they are understaffed and can’t have someone constantly checking for things. I don’t recommend this location. Wont be back."
"It's one of the few that's still around the suburb area. Old Americana diner vibe, but now it's mostly self-service, including ordering your food. Soda fountain only dispenses drinks by using a QR code. Anyway, I always love the burgers here and their shoe string fries. The milkshakes are good as well, but I find it way too sweet for my liking, and you can always get a good deal during happy hours 2-4 on a weekdays."
"Was told there was a 15 minute wait at the speaker and that the shake machine was down, then asked for no ice, a large fry and a double steakburger with honey mustard. Was given a single burger, half a large fry, no honey mustard and there was ice in my drink. I didnt get my meal because I assume someone wanted to be lazy."
"I literally got this 20 minutes ago and they gave me a raw burger!!!! Are you guys over there not well, and the order was wrong too but what are you gonna do when they don’t even care about cooking the food right"
