"I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas. The steak taste spoiled and/or sour. I even had my husband taste it. He spit it out didn't finish chewing it. We had the manager come over and explained we weren't satisfied. He said he could give us shrimp to replace the steak for a charge. So I ate 4 shrimp on a $20+ fajita meal. Absolutely ridiculous and very poor customer service! I'm so sick of these mediocre restaurants and this piss poor customer service. We were looking for a weekend spot close to the house, this will not be it!"

"First time at Rito’s on a sunday evening. Very casual and laid back. We were seated quickly and served complimentary chips and salsa. FYI, red salsa is spicy! We ordered a side of guacamole to have with our chips. Delicious and fresh! We ordered medium frozen margaritas and a sangria. The margaritas are potent! I had the Mayan Combination with chicken for dinner. The burrito was huge and I had enough to eat for dinner the next day. My meal was seasoned well, not too salty or spicy. For dessert the four of us shared fried ice cream with churros. Will definitely be back for the margaritas….and some food as well!!"
"Such an expensive place for such terrible food. I got sick, when I got home I puked my guts out... I ordered the chimichanga and my bf ordered the steak quesadilla. My food had no flavor, the ground beef tasted weird. his food... Well, the steak tasted old. Local people are probably used to their food but for new people... If you are thinking about stopping there for a quick bite... Don't! Just keep driving. You'll get sick. I do NOT recommend this place."
"Rito’s was a very average Mexican Restaurant. Their steak tacos were just okay, definitely not anything special. Same goes for the salsa, it was not particularly great, which was very disappointing for me. I would say the prices were a little expensive for the quality received, but the staff was good. Overall, I had a good meal but will probably not be returning here."
