"Well it’s impossible to get mozzarella from this store if that’s what you want on your sub they will not give it to you. Was told they do t have it so I joked because this is a constant thing I hear here. They told me this franchise never got it and is too old to have it. Pointed out the sub they advertise on the menu with mozzarella on it and asked so why is that up there? They then said oh we have this mozzarella… why are they gate keeping the mozzarella? Bread was burnt as well before they even cut it to start making a sub"
