"worst experience. our baby is allergic to meat and we specifically asked them to not put it. somehow there was a piece of meat in it and when we informed them the guy at the counter instead of accepting started smiling foolishly. the staff was not helping either. moreover, some other Mexican guy (customer only) interfered and made more mess of a situation. The staff should have stopped him as we were only discussing the situation. Irresponsible of them on how they handled it and apparently the guy at the counter has no ownership of his actions. you should fire him if they are too childish to laugh rather than listen. Terrible! you should train more on soft skills and basic manners."
"Went in to get a burrito, asked for no rice no beans. Lady looks at me and says okayyy? So double steak? I said no, regular steak. A few seconds after she does my “regular burrito” I told her I’d like a bowl instead. She rolls her eyes and says, “did you forget you wanted a bowl?” Which I replied, no I didn’t forget? And so she asked again, “did you forget the bowl part?” And I said, “I did not forget anything, I just changed my mind.” She was very rude about it and acted like I had her make an entire burrito, wrapped it up, paid for it, and came back and said I wanted a bowl. Really wasn’t that inconvenient but she was very rude and this will be the last time I come here even though I’m a regular. Can’t stand rude service. Time was around noon as well."
"Man perfect timing. Chipotle has been stingy with their meat over the years, but I got there when the barbacoa was at the end in the bucket, just soaking in all those juices. They made be the biggest burrito ever. Super friendly and one of the nicer locations I have been to. I was so full afterwards the rest of my bike ride was so slow!"
