"Decent pizza, but they literally NEVER have it ready on time. On average, i was waiting 20 min over the pickup time to get my pizza. No apologies or explanation ever. Ive since stopped coming after about 5 times of that."
"I ordered a large deep dish sausage pieces pizza. I requested that it be lightly cooked. When I picked up my pizza, it was cooked to perfection. When I got home, my pizza was absolutely delicious!! It was so delicious that I had it for breakfast!! The service was fantastic as well."
"We call in our order but each time I go to pick up, the service has always been courteous and friendly. I would sit and eat an entire thin crust if I had no discipline! I hope they don't change. Awesome!"
"We usually order Giordano's but Friday night decided we'd do Lou's. I called the store to place my delivery order and evidently they don't take delivery orders so I was told to use the app or online...I went on the app and ordered...thought the prices had gone up but proceeded. When we received our order (via DoorDash which I was quite surprised by), the portion sizes were so small!!! We ordered 2 small deep dish and it was like individual sizes and the crust wasn't even "deep". Their competitors small deep dish easily feeds 2 people with leftovers and Lou's was literally an individual. I was disgusted and will never order from or support Lou's again!!! They have officially lost our business"
