"My entire experience with was horrible. From the time I walked up to the counter, I was rushed away therefore my order was wrong. When I told him my order was wrong he just shrugged it off and said I’m just a tiny worker what do you want me to do. I politely asked for a refund and he was very rude and combative. I walked away and he said something under his breath but I heard “Yeah that’s what I thought” please do not waste your time or your money. I threw the food away because it was absolutely disgusting. I have never been disrespected like that before."
"The staff don't pay much attention to customer service. The ramen egg is an overcooked egg and not even seasoned. Not worth for $15.00 noodles."
"We went here to try out vegetarian ramen. Their menu wasnt very clear about their vegetarian broth options so we asked the older gentleman behind the counter. His attitude was extremely rude, he refused to acknowledge us and at one point told me he doesn't want to talk to me or explain the options. They weren't even busy. If it wasn't for other reviewers talking about his attitude, I would've assumed it had to do with my race. How can you work at a mall when you care so little about customer service?"
"Extremely terrible service and uncleanliness. I asked for a smoothie and he washed out the jug from the previous smoothie he made. I saw soapy water at the bottom but he started making my smoothie. I asked for him to remake it and he threw a tantrum and threw 8 dollars at me saying "no i can't remake it I'm giving you a refund." I also thought they used fresh fruit but he went to the back and put a strawberry puree in the jug instead of actual strawberries. Save your money and go to jamba instead"
