"I spent a lovely day at the showroom with my mother-in-law. Lisa was incredibly helpful and patient...even offering a wheelchair before we had parked! My in-law met the grandson of "Mr. Brown"..HER mother had bought a bedroom suite years ago and my in-law was still using it! We ordered a couch and loveseat. But sadly my lovely mother-in-law passed away before it would arrive. The present Mr. Brown was gracious enough to cancel the order for a full refund. This kindness and classy attitude should be rewarded..."
