"My husband and I got burrito bowles. Two of the workers seemed inconvenienced by us. I asked if we could get chips and guac and the guy grabs small cup and I then asked for a large and he proceeded to throw the cup in the corner and grabs a big one. As we checked out the other guy basically drops our bowls into the bag pretty harshly. The place isn't the cleanest and the pop machine needs work. Won't be coming back to this location."

"I was pretty dissatisfied with my lunch at Chipotle today. I asked for a little bit of sour cream and my entire meal was covered in sour cream. I also was frustrated with the app because I was trying to use my birthday perk before it expires. They told me that the they weren't charging me for my guac anyway, because I had the vegetarian bowl with no meat product. It wasn't busy in there and I'm not exactly sure why someone didn't offer to give me another side of guac. Now that perk will probably be wasted because I am not very likely to go back anytime soon. As far as the atmosphere is concerned, it gets a little loud in there at times. For those of us whose nerves are already jangled, sometimes I just can't deal with the sound. I'm also going to say that the flavors today were definitely lacking and none of the food was piping hot. It was just disappointing."

"Terrible experience. Looks like a dumpster fire inside. Garbage everywhere. Restrooms not clean. And looks like no one cares over here. Guacamole tastes like mayo. Took and hour to get my order."

"This is the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been in! Every single garbage was over flowing. There wasn't one clean table to sit at, nothing wiped down and napkins across the floor. The bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks and boogers crusted on the wall above the urinal. Do better!"

"Burritos are getting smaller and smaller. I ordered a steak and cheese burrito and it was almost a taco. I ordered quadruple meat and it was ridiculously small. Not worth it, there are much better authentic Mexican restaurants that give much larger food portions and aren’t frugal with the meat. Chipotle is ridiculous with their tiny meat portions and you pay ridiculous prices for a “taco size” meat burrito that is nearly all rice and no meat."
