"The pasta was so good I loved it. I mainly came for the dessert though I love anything with vanilla and was so surprised that the cheesecake was awful. No taste was bland just flavorless I don't know maybe it was old. I have no idea but I was highly disappointed."
"Service was extremely slow, getting our food took over 30 minutes. Not sure if the waitress was in training but she was replaced (not at our request) halfway through our late lunch. The restaurant was packed as well so that may have been why it was slow. Food tasted amazing, the tomato basil penne was amazing along with the stuffed mushrooms, beet salad, salmon and the dessert cheesecakes. The broccoli was not great, it was a bit soggy. Price was high for a late lunch but that's to be expected nowadays. Overall 4 star experience, if service had been faster and more prompt it would have warranted the relatively high cost."
"We had a great time for new year eve here. The waiter was super nice and polite, the food was great too, and they were huge plates, although it’s kinda of pricey but it’s worth it. We finished all the dishes without any leftovers. Definitely will come back again."
"Cheesecake Factory’s Aatmosphere is fantastic and was a great place to eat with our family and friends. The food is great I ordered Carne Asada, and my Wife a Chinese salad and for dessert cheesecake and a cup of cappuccino. Everything was delicious as expected, the prices are fine and the staff did an excellent job. I highly recommend it."
"I have always love cheesecake factory. The food is good and reliable and there is lots of variety to cater to everyone's taste. This particular visit however was severely lacking in customer service. Despite not being very busy it took forever for us to get served. The wait staff also had an attitude like they couldn't be bothered. When the food arrived however it was hot and delicious."
