"Tortillas are not tortillas at Laredo taco anymore. They just don’t know nor do the care of how to make them. Tortillas should be round like a circle not like a piece of a puzzle with no form or shape they should also be cooked right. Not raw not burned. I haven’t been by any Laredo taco place lately just because of that bug issue I just described. Although there is a good Laredo taco on i-45 and Richey at Sunoco south bound that’s a good place but far away from me I can say is the only location that knows how to make tortillas"

"I was paying and it was almost done and then the Trina comes talking to the cashier she couldn't wait until I was done with me and I said you kind of rude you let her finish with the customer first... last time they made a $6 mistake cuz people interrupting the cashier and then she says I can talk whenever I want and then you are not welcome here anymore. Don't come back.. is that right or not? Been going there for months. Again.. why not get people with the right attitude instead of people that don't seem to want to be there?? Mexican restaurants are known for friendly people.."

"I've been to several Laredo Taco/Stripes/7-11s, because its a nostalgic thing me and my bf do. We are highly frequent customers. However, I've been REPEATEDLY disappointed by this location. Every time, all of their breakfast is gross, hard, and cold. Tortillas are nasty. Then, there's also days like today (most times) when they stop doing breakfast at 9:30, and they just expect you to choose from the cold, hard scraps. Now, I'd rather drive to a location 20 mins completely in the other direction and out of the way, if I want Laredo tacos. Do NOT waste your time or money at this location. Edited to include reply to the owner's response: I've tried that email. I've even gone to Laredo Taco's website and 711's website and done a customer complaint and everything. I haven't gotten anything back. No follow up. No reply. So, no. I've accepted that you guys do not actually care about "striving" for anything at this location, because, even with the several reviews who have all stated the same thing, you still can't run this location adequately. Don't pretend like you've tried."

"I wouldn’t even give one star. This was not even edible. I came at 10:30 in the morning, so why is lunch food hard as a rock?? It’s not even noon yet. There is no excuse. The meat was so hard I only found one little piece that was soft, the rest I couldn’t even eat. The tortilla was so hard it was crunchy. I can’t imagine not noticing this when the were wrapping my food up. The fact that they even served this shows that they don’t care one bit. Never coming here again."
