"Pretty decent location. Pick up only. We order several times a year since they've been open and we've only been disappointed once and I just chalk that up to maybe a bad chef that night. Otherwise good location! Tasty Chicago Style Pizza."
"Deep dish pizza is mid. Over priced FLAVORLESS sauce, cheese was SUPER scarce, and dough was well, tasted like flour and water. It was over priced for a PAN pizza. This is NOT DEEP DISH. It was less than 2" of dough. However, wings were good. They included a side of celery."
"The food is always so inconsistent at this location. Sometimes the pizza is too soggy, salty, dough-y, burnt.. never know what we are going to get. We’ve had a couple bad experiences with this location (pizza being tossed around and left on the porch, an order not showing up at all) and, although the manager called and gave us a coupon, it is still frustrating. We continue to order because we love Lou’s pizza but lately the pizzza has just been so inconsistent."
"Ordered a thin crust pizza and it was the worst pizza I've ever had! Bread was so nasty and inconsistent throughout the pizza. Edges were super hard and hard to eat. Center was greasy in some parts and dry in others, and hard. Have had Lou Malnatis before so I know this was horrendous. $36 for garbage. This is totally unacceptable."
"First time ever coming here! Food was good! Boneless wings were delish and that ranch is very good! I made it home and noticed I got bone in wings instead of boneless wings. I called and spoke to the manager Patricia and she was very nice not only did she make another order fresh but also made it convenient for me and had the corrected order delivered but also refunded me. Now that is a great manager!"
