"This location is pretty bad if Taco Bell gets a 4 star rating and this Sonic only gets a 3.2 rating. The Sonic corporation should put the Sonic on Eldridge Parkway out of it's and the playing customers misery. They have zero pride in the preparations of the food and then feeding this greasy hog slop to their customers. We see all the managements comments in the review section about how they are so sorry for the experiences - but nothing is ever / never done on the complaints or any improvements ever made. Just the same ole same ole everyday. Close this location down on Eldridge - and save yourself some money."

"I’ve lived close by for 2+ years and this location somehow keeps getting worse every time I TRY to go. Yesterday I literally couldn’t order get service. Went to the drive through, waited several minutes and no one responded. Drove around to the drive in spots, pushed the button… nothing. They aren’t busy, maybe 3 other cars. What can you do? So we left… this has happened several times over the course of the last 2ish years. I don’t know how this location is still open clearly operations does not care."

"I called to inform them of the mistake they made and the guy on the phone was just plain rude. Would not listen at all and kept yelling while I'm explaining.He has proved himself inadequate to manage for not being able to handle a simple task. The receipt clearly states no cheese, ketchup, or mustard. It could've been an easy fix but that rude, simple guy found the way to ruin my food and the phone call. Edit: I went back on Monday and Jamie got everything right, she's awesome."

"This sonic refused to sell me 3 route 44 cups of ice but was willing to charge me for 3 large ice waters. Ridiculous. Update. If you're looking for sonic ice you will not get sonic ice here. It was big old chunks of gas station ice. *LAST visit: 7/22/23 Bought 2 bags of ice and there's broken pieces of plaster and a huge chunk. I have pictures and will be driving up there to show management what chipped my back tooth. Update: To the ridiculous response from the store; my review has nothing to do with pricing. It's 2 things- your staff couldn't sell me 3 cups of ice BUT would sell 3 cups of ice water. THEN, it's not even SONIC ICE!!"

"If I could give a 0 stars I would. This place the workers and the service is TERRIBLE. Management isn't any better. I went to this location before had issues with large orders. So I stopped going for years, the time I decided to eat here again with a large order yet again another bad experience. Ordered a double meat grilled burger meal, chicken sandwich with cheese added bacon meal, a kids meal cheeseburger plain, 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, 2 orders of tator tots and a pretzel. First off the car hop didn't greet me when she dropped off my food, didn't call the order back like they usually do. Second they didn't give me my kids meal cheeseburger. When I told thw guy that took the order he wanted to argue me down that it was in the bag after I showed them it wasn't. Then he went back to make the cheeseburger. A different car hop brought the bag, the burger had no cheese. When I went to tell them the burger didn't have cheese they took it back NOT ONE PERSON in the kitchen had on gloves, so they are just back there with NO gloves on managing food. So I go home to find on the chicken sandwich the lettuce is BROWN and old. My double meat grilled cheese only had 1 piece of meat. So I called them to request a manager because at this point I'd had enough no manager on duty call was told to call tomorrow. I called Sunday no manager, went up to sonic no one could help. I called today no response, sent messages to the district manager of the food we received no response from them either. Called the main office no one answered. I do not recommend going to this location the food is TRASH."
