Panda Express

"Rude serving personnel (young girl in the front, taking orders). She got upset, because when in line, I called my colleague who could not make it on the phone, to get her order. Then, she was pretending she could not hear, or did not want to take my order. She pretty much indicated, that she was being vindictive to me, because I dared leave my colleague behind and went just on my own to order; and that I had to call her, to get her order on my cell once I got there... That did not agree with the 'policy' of this seventeen-year old (at most) who thinks she knows how the world really works. Does not represent Panda Express, or the admitted quality of their food. Needs to be terminated, pronto."

"Today I ordered the black Angus peppered steak for the first time and I must say it was amazing! Everything about this bowl was delicious! The rice was cooked perfect and super flavorful. The steak was good a bit tuff but still very good. As for the mushrooms, broccoli, and carrots all cooked and seasoned to perfection. No complaint as everything was above my expectations! Thank you."

"Staff forgot to pack a free entree in my bag that I won in an email blast promo, and was part of my pickup order made online. They also seemed to help everyone in line before fulfilling a pickup order that was ordered before the rest of the patrons in line. The girl checking people out and taking money stopped to talk to some of her friends who lent her $20....for....? D-"

"Walking to Panda Express everybody was awesome except for the guy running the register he moved the girl out of the way who was running the register and then he proceeded to charge me an extra $1.50 telling me that prices went up but it did not reflect that on the menu.. and he charged it to one item one ehe side.. meaning it wasn't built into the menu."

"This was the most disgusting Panda Express location Ive ever had. Do not waste your time eating here and go eat somewhere else before you’re stuck with this 1/5 star experience. First of all, they got my order wrong by forgetting my side and instead just gave me the chicken and vegetables in the plate. Then, the fried rice is so nasty; it was clumpy and flavorless. It seemed like they just mixed white rice in the remaining fried rice. The chowmein was very skinny and oily. The orange chicken tasted unusual, almost like uncooked. Not only that, they were stingy with the food! (I also ordered black angus steak and they gave me maximum 3 pieces of steak!!) Since I had take out, we were waiting on our food for so long. PLEASE improve in many ways so i don’t need to have a bad experience every time i order there."
