"Super friendly staff who are always willing to help. My only complaint is that it is always overcrowded with stock. The main walkways always have pallets and carts in them that you can barely walk around. There's just not enough room for everything, so displays are set up at the end of the side aisles right in the way of the main aisles. It's like dodging an obstacle course going shopping!"
"It's your basic Dollar General but since this particular facility is in a small town, you know the workers and some of the customers. They have great service and good prices; however since the name is DOLLAR General, you'd think everything would be a dollar or a little bit more, but nope. It's not terribly pricey but some things are a bit over priced. You can find things easily and quickly."
"South Pekin DG is by far the best in the area. The shelves are always stocked and floor is clean of merch and racks. Customer service could use a little improvement. The employees that I have encountered do not seem to be people persons. I wouldn't say they are rude but they do not greet customers coming in nor say anything leaving after making a purchase."
