"YOU ALL NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL HOW YOU PRICE STUFF!!! Picked up a picture frame that was priced at $2.99 and them go two aisles over and pick up a similar item and in worse shape and it's marked $9.99. You have to keep your prices on things consistent and set up your stores by item categories, but YOU DON'T!!!! I found a round frame for $9.99 and sitting all around it I see frames similar for $2.19 - $2.99, that's a crime!!! Also, your prices have went up on things to where it's not a thrift store price anymore. YOU ALL NEED TO BE CAREFUL PRICING THINGS AND BE MORE CONSISTENT! OMGGGG, IT'S A THRIFT STORE NOT WALMART!!!!!"

"Wishing I could give zero stars. Because this lady working here in the goodwill located in Hurst wanted to make her own rules and keep what customers are trying to buy for a good deal, let me tell you the story. My mom decided to come to this goodwill to see if there was anything good to buy. So, she found jewelry (with a home decor price) and a heart-shaped bulletin board made out of fabric (Like the one below but with a heart shape with an office supply price). When she went to check out, they scanned the jewelry, and when it was time to scan the bulletin board, the lady said they priced this wrong. That it wasn’t an office supply even though you put notes on it, what? And she said it was the home decor and did not have an explanation as to why it was. And my mom asked then, why ring me up for the jewelry with a home decor price? That does not make sense at all. And she said because that is the right price for the jewelry. My mom didn’t end up buying the bulletin board, just the jewelry. Hopefully, anybody trying to go to this goodwill in Hurst, watch out."
