Parts Center - Gregory Hyundai

"I’ve been taking my car to Gregory Hyundai in Highland Park for a few years now. I work nearby so it’s really convenient for me. John and Ned in service always manages to squeeze me in for an appointment last minute. They are always honest and trustworthy about what I need to get done for my car. There have been a couple times that they even provided me with a rental while servicing my car. They really go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. I will continue to take my car to Gregory Hyundai and would recommend anyone needing quality service done to come to them."

"Very disappointed with this Dealer. I liked the service. I liked the used car I wanted to buy, but the "No Hassle Price" was not the price at all. Expected and wanted to pay this + Title fees + Sales Tax. BUT, there was an additional cost of $1,238 labeled as Accessories, which I did not want to pay. Here is where the dealer would not budge, so the sale did not go thru. I drove 80 miles twice to test drive the vehicle, and I liked it. No sale!"

"place sucks. did not offer anything such oil changes (like most dealerships)..no free car washes, nothing ! did not know anything about the vehicle I recently purchase. Only have one sales person working, tried to hassle me into financing with them, when I told them multiple of times that I would be going from my bank. After they ran my credit, they wanted to run my credit through their banks to get a better rate ( i already had a good rate from my bank) Mike was my sales person; he was cool, probably a new guy; he was easy to work with and pleasant. finance manger was cool as well, Fernando; but once again did not offer anything. This place sucked; you guys have been warned!!!!"

"I had a very positive experience at Gregory Infiniti. We had been looking to buy a used car, saw a car we were interested in, I called and asked if it was still available. They said it was and would pull it the front for me to look at if I wanted to come. I went several hours later, and the car was exactly where they said it would be. I was greeted by Michael, who listened, was respectful and honest. I took the car for a drive, came back, no pressure. They were open about their process before we discussed any next steps.
