"I've never written a review before but now is the time apparently. Worst establishment I've ever been to. The fries were room temp, they'd clearly been sitting out several hours, as a someone who's worked in food service for 4 years, that's just not safe. There are temperature guidelines for a reason, not only were those old fries gross, but they could seriously make someone sick. Asked for no cheese on my burger, they gave me 2 slices anyway. Not to mention that it took about a minute and a half before an employee finally emerged from the back, and the other one from the bathroom. Should've taken that as a sign to leave, instead ended up paying for food I couldn't even stomach finishing."

"I ordered the "new" *chicken* *bacon* * ranch* *WRAP*. 7:40P. Drive through. What did they give me? A cold, old ( at least hours old) *fried* chicken *SANDWICH*! How do you mistake one for the other? How many people were in line? Just one. Me. Called the store when I got home. It rang and rang and rang. Not answered by the crew which was doing - nothing. Very disappointing."

"Spent half the time at the drive thru arguing about a drink coming with the combo only to realize after I left that the entire meal was missing from the bag. Certainly charged me for it though. Tried calling to rectify it but no one answered the phone."

"Spent $12 on the new chicken wrap. After my purchase was prepared, I asked for a ranch packet. I was told I would have to pay for condiments. I have never had this experience at any other Wendy’s before. Unfortunately I didn’t have any extra cash on me so I ate my wrap dry. It’s just not a good luck when there is 100 different fast food chains to chose from. Why chose this Wendy’s location if they nickle and dime their customers? No drink refills either! Just go next door to McDonalds!"

"i just went through the drive thru about 30 mins ago and ordered the #12 which is supposed to be a hot honey spicy chicken sandwich with no dill chips and i definitely didn't get what i ordered at all. i will NEVER be back to this location again seeing as how they obviously don't know their own menu (even after i corrected them during my order) and can't give out the correct order. i tried to call the store and the phone just kept ringing. and people want 15+ an hour to work in fast food. what a joke"
