"Horrible service! I paid over $400 just for 10k service check & I was getting off work at 5pm. The dealership is 45 minutes away from me and I was running late to pick up my vehicle (Service closed at 6pm). I called to let the know I would be about 5 minutes after 6pm ( they checked with management and stated that was fine) Once I was about 10 minutes away, I got a call from a girl in the service department stating they will not wait 5 minutes for me to get there and they "Have" to clock out at 6pm. This is horrible service, she then HUNG UP on me after I explained the managers stated this was okay. Once I got there AT 6:03PM the service dept was CLOSED! I was so upset they couldn't wait just a few minutes. The sales manager had to call the service rep to come back into the dealership to cash me out. What a horrible experience!"
