"I have been going to this shop for about 2 years now. Every time I have low pressure on my tires, oil changes, or any other service needed. They are always very welcoming and answer any questions I have. The best thing about them though, is they will let u know ahead of time of anything your vehicle may need, and they’ll tell you whether it’s urgent or you still have time. I love it because it gives me time to save $ for any repairs. I recommend them to anybody!"

"About 10 years ago, my van had needed a new belt, I brought it in and since that day I have seen them for all my repairs. I feel safe they are doing the repair well. They always tell me if I need something else, or if something is starting to wear out, they tell me about how many more miles it should last. Their estimates and costs have always been fair. I trust them and feel they are an honest shop. It's nice to have a go to shop that I trust."

They handled everything with care, and the best part was that their pricing was the most competitive in the area after I called around. "I was visiting my boyfriend in Illinois from Milwaukee and my power steering went out so I was unable to take it home. We got it towed to Closs and Sue was able to look at it right away and call me to tell me what was wrong. I was nervous about the fact that I was in Milwaukee and my car was there but Sue was extremely helpful and made it clear that her priority was helping me get my car back safely and as soon as she could. She was super transparent about the price and explaining what needed to be fixed and had my car fixed and back to me as soon as possible and it’s been great since. I’m happy Closs is where my boyfriend’s family goes to and would definitely recommend them to anyone!"
