"I was just there today asking for a queen mattress that was in back and I'm sad to say that they couldn't even price it for me, I was buying it for my mother who just got home from having amputation done to both legs and the manager refused to even help me said in 48 hours it will be out on the floor didn't even care about the problem that my mother is going through. "Good place to find diy projects. Their clothing prices are higher than they use to be, with the exception of the special day sale. Their employees are friendly and courteous. The isles are organized and fairly clean. I noticed that the color 1/2 day price still doesn't help my pocket. I prefer 99 cent special day which happen only on special occasions."

"I've been to numerous SA stores in the past where I used to live (NW Suburbs of Chicago), and they always have one thing in common: your hands will get dirty if you touch anything, as they usually put minimal amounts of work into any items and just get it out on the floor to sell. This place was different, as it was unusually clean, so I didn't tell my kids not to touch anything like I usually did, and everything was rather nicely organized. Another thing, is there was a lot of room for everything (usually they're packed to the gills), as it was a rather large store compared to what I'm used to. At that time, there was a good amount of stuff that I would of bought being that the stuff nice enough, but I'm not a "soft touch" so I passed. Inventory varies by store greatly, so I was rather surprised that they didn't have the few things I usually would buy, but that was OK, as I know they will probably have those particular items when I eventually come back. Overall, a pleasant experience."
