"Although my purchase was minor for AZ (license plate holder and screws), it was a major help to me for the salesperson to offer to help me by putting the plate and holder on the front of my new used car...in the rain! She wouldn't even take a "tip" from me. I fractured the knee cap on my left knee a few weeks ago, and it has been a huge hassle for every step in registering my car.
