"My recent visit to Eddie Bauer in Morton Grove left me thoroughly disappointed. Intent on purchasing merchandise worth over $168, I requested an extra bag for gift purposes from the cashier, Melissa. Unfortunately, Melissa, accompanied by an older lady who seemed to be the bagger, displayed unfriendly attitudes. Melissa bluntly stated, "We can't do that," and when I inquired about purchasing an extra bag, her sour expression made the interaction unpleasant. Unlike other well-known brands, Eddie Bauer seemed unwilling to accommodate even a simple request. The lack of customer-centric service led me to return all the purchased items, as I didn't want to support a store where customers are treated with such disregard. Avoid this Eddie Bauer location; the staff's sour and unpleasant demeanor overshadowed any desire to shop there."
