"The purse I purchased broke within 6 months of purchasing it. You can't contact customer service through their live chat, email, or phone because they only help online customers. I went to the store to sort it out and was given the option to exchange it for one of three ugly purses or pay to get it repaired myself. What is the point of a warranty if your left with a bag you hate? The person working wasn't helpful and didn't seem to know what was going on. I have been a customer since moving here, but after this experience I will not shop here again."
