"The staff at this store is disgusting. I made an order to purchase a product online using the coupon I received from the App through previous purchases, but after a few of hours staff canceled the purchase without any explanation and my earned coupons were gone. This store has a vile and disgusting attitude towards the customers and the Kohl's App also works disgustingly. Now I have no desire to go and it’s better to stay away from this store.It is better to avoid online orders to this store. All that remains is to return the purchased goods back to this store and not go to this store again. Only bad impressions from this is store . Due to such a low level of customer service, other stores are better and cheaper ."
"Taisiia was so helpful patient and kind to me and my daughter. She helped choose the right products and was so knowledgeable about each product brand. She made this such a great shopping experience. She also helped me access my reward points so I can use them for a mini drunk elephant cream that was out of stock. She was just so amazing !!! Great job kohls Sephora"

"If you can't find your size, go across the aisle and check another display with the same items. Lines are long, self checkout was a mess for those using it, and the cashiers had to leave their registers to help them out. The cashier was too interested in signing 83yo mom up for a credit card and almost refused the senior discount on Wednesday unless she did. Clothes are still decent. Amazon return here helps me to come back to shop. I still get a laugh out of their pricing. $40 item listed for $160 + 50% off equals $80. Thanks for keeping me entertained Kohls!! There is a Sephora in the middle of this location. Parking is plenty. Dropped another star because they didn't remove the security device from the jeans...FAIL"
"This is a really good store. It's clean, has a good collection of items and is generally easy to find parking. They do carry tall sizes which I am thankful for but selection can be limited for these items. The staff seem pretty nice as well, generally not rude or indifferent like some stores employees can seem."
