"This place sucks I bought a battery 10 months ago and the battery was no good I tried to exchange it and didn't have a receipt for it but I am pretty sure I was in the system It has a barcode on it and it said napa on it and the year of it and they couldn't help me are you serious? What of tip off place is that and he had the nerve to tell me if I want it to buy an other battery??? Wow???? So I said f no I will go to another place better then this place so I did and I been telling all my friends about napa remember I work for the airlines and I know a lot of people that I will tell and telling no to go there !!!"
