"Went in to purchase ice cream out of their premade section. It was busy and it looks like they are under new ownership. You could tell they really had no idea what they were doing and almost all of the people who ordered food had to come back up in either get it remade or refund due to it being wrong."
"I love this Dairy Queen, When you get your food it is served hot and fresh and, your Sunday is put in a bag with napkins around it and, everything is clean and good! Wonderful service."
"Asked for easy flamethrower sauce my sandwich was so cover in sauce I couldn’t eat it. Went to go get my food remade and was told they would not remake the sandwiches because it wasn’t their fault. Like excuse me y’all made the burgers. So I asked for a refund and was told no because I didn’t have my receipt I asked them to find it was only in there about 15 mins ago and was told they couldn’t bring up old receipts. Very very trash service and people."
"Went through the drive-through ordered a Sundea dipped cones, they were the smallest I've ever seen and they dipped a quarter of the cone so it was sticky as it doesn't get a hard shell. Made a mess for my kids and it wasn't because of melted ice cream. I expected better."
