"Completely unprofessional. I understand you need to make your sales quota for the month and returns count against revenue. But to act like a child and ask me questions such as, "Why'd you buy it if you didn't want it?" and proceed to curse in front of a customer? You should be fired. Customers are entitled to return items. This is also being reported to Zumiez Corporate. This happened at 12/3/2016 in the afternoon."
