"I've shopped here on a weekly basis for years, but service has become inexcusable. Two days ago I stopped in to buy a few hot coffees and the order was wrong, the employee that served me became very argumentive and angry with me instead of just remaking my order. Very disappointed and won't be coming back ."

"The worst service. The young blonde girl on Sunday afternoon is absolutely the worst employee I have ever seen anywhere. Her attitude is beyond disgusting. I walked in 30 minutes before closing and she gave an attitude and tried to say they were closed. Said they had no coffee. At DD? Then continued to run her mouth. I surely hope the owner gets rid of her. I refuse to go back to this location after 5 years of going everyday. It's a shame one person can ruin a business. 4/5/2020"
