"I was sent to pick up food for my son. It was an online order that never made it to the actual store. Anyway, the woman behind the counter went out of her way to fill the order so I could get going. I wish I had her name but it was Sept. 27 at 10:45 am. I believe she was a lead. Great representative for your store!"

"It's McDonald's - I don't expect much from the restaurants - but basic customer service at any fast food restaurants is somewhat expected. Today, I got charged for an order I placed through the app - apple pay notified me of the charge, but the order didn't actually go through. So I explained my situation at the drive thru and no one was able to comprehend my inquiry. They attempted to respond but what I gathered was that they couldn't do anything about it and had me reorder - which meant I double paid. It's not a big deal since I can just dispute the charge with my bank, but the fact that the supervisors or floor managers weren't able to communicate with me in simple English is dissapointing."
