"I've ordered 2 times prior to this and the pizza was great this time it was just bad"
"Attempted to place phone order tonight Wednesday 1.17 and Aiden (automatic voice person couldn’t seem to get the order correct. I order the same thing each time 2-3 times per month. I called back and was on hold with Emma (automatic voice person number 2 this evening) and then she put me on hold. After being on hold for 5 minutes I just went into store n when asked what I would like i preceded to tell the employee that voice taking system is in need of repair or is severely messed up. He didn’t want to hear it (Wednesday 1.17 8:38 pm cst) nor listen to my issue and problem just kept asking what did I want to order. Very frustrating time with Dominoes here in Wilmette tonight"

At first they did not want to give me a refund and when asked for my order number I asked “where is that” and was told “it’s literally in bold on the receipt”"
