"Always short staffed and long wait, drive thru or in store it's ALWAYS a long wait. So if you feel like sitting in your car for extended amount of time or stand in an line with no cashier this one is for you. When I do come here I always remember why I never come here. I'll take my business to a different DD that is actually staffed from now on."
"Came through tonight at 1:30 am after placing a prepaid mobile order. I don't usually have any issues with the night shift employees but tonight I was ignored and left to sit in drive for 10 minutes and was never addressed or told to wait a moment and there were no signs stating it was closed. This location is supposedly 24 hours. That was incredibly rude and when you pay for your food ahead of time only to not receive any service (because the employees are probably drinking at the bar across the street) it's frustrating."
"My wife ordered a pumpkin spice latte and we got an iced coffee. There was no whipped cream in it. A time or two before I ordered a coffee with sweetener and flavor, I got a black coffee. The last time it was ok. I was in there today. $18.50 for a dozen donuts. I can get them cheaper in the grocery store, and they are better. We were there again today. The counter person asked if I want cream in my coffee and I replied no. Guess what I got cream."
