"The best place ever is not enough to give it five stars. It needs ten stars. The rest of the places are not good and the coffee is cold and not delicious. The best place I adore this country."

"Yesterday on December 10th at around 5 pm I went through the drive through and made an order. I apparently stuttered so much that the young lady taking the order through the drive through literally made fun of me. She repeated my order ALL while stuttering in a sarcastic tone and then proceeded to laugh. The owner should really watch out for employees like this ."

"I got an ice coffee on my long drive back home and as soon as I tasted my coffee it tastes disgusting! It tastes like its rotten, which I’m guessing is the milk! How do people not know when something smells or is inedible to sell to customers!! Very very disgusted and dissatisfied."

"Sunday night, 8:40 pm visit. Two girls are working the counter. One politely takes my order, and fills my 6 donut box - I still have two coffees I’m waiting on. At this point her co-worker overhears my concern about using the restroom. Restrooms have codes. Before I placed my order, a woman had just entered the men’s restroom using a code, as the women’s restroom is apparently out of order. She tells me there is someone in the restroom - there was no one in the restroom, so my 80 year old father went in. She tried to explain to me that there’s a red/green light on the code box. I tell her that I wasn’t sure what she meant, she proceeds to go to the bathroom, punches in the a code saying “if someone is in bathroom the light will be red and you can’t open it” my husband tells her that my father is in there, as she’s punching in the code. She literally opens the door wide, while my father was in there relieving himself, then turns around realizing what she did, and says “you don’t have to yell at me,” stomps back behind the counter and starts sweeping; she proceeds to trash talk us to her co-worker over her headset, both laughing. All the while they continue taking drive-thru orders, while I continue to wait for two medium coffees. Seriously… I cannot imagine a busy morning with these two working behind the counter. Imagine if this was a woman they walked in on. Gaslighting, with zero accountability or customer service skills."

"The iced tea and coffee taste very odd from this Dunkin over the past few weeks. Bitter / funky, like they are not cleaning the machines or filtering the water. Get an unsweetened drink and you’ll taste it."
