"Been meaning to try it so I ordered a onion and mushroom thin crust pizza for delivery. It arrived and it felt pretty heavy. I proceed to pop the box open and the crust was about an inch thick. I dug in for the taste test and I could not have been more disappointed. On top of all this crust were tiny pieces of onions, barely any mushrooms, and very little sauce, although it was topped with quite a bit of cheese. Overall, just a total disappointment. With all that pizza options in the area, I doubt I'll ever try again."

"Was given a gift certificate for Paisan’s. Saved it to get a pizza for my birthday. Had a $5 off a pizza coupon. Tried to tell me couldn’t use 2 “offers”. A gift certificate is just like cash. It’s not an “offer” or a coupon. Told me the manager said they won’t accept the coupon. I walked right out. Won’t EVER go back there."

"Beyond the worst pizza ever. We came to the location on 16th girls are nice and friendly but the prices were totally off and got charged 10 times for toppings when it was THREE I did mention it to the cashier and she said it’s because it was sectioned in 1/4s. All pepperoni on 3/4 add sausage and jalapeños. Making it 3,6,9 and 10. As for the sauce it was very very sweet."

"Go anywhere but here. They gave away $100 worth of our pizzas we already paid for. Then they took another 40 minutes to remake the order and offered nothing but a bottle of coke."

"This experience was one to never forget . I called to place an order for a 12" sausage pizza 6pc wings and fries . The pizza was to salty the wings were nasty one came even with the feathers still attached to the wing . Last time i ordered from this establishment."
