"Ordered in advance. Slow poor customer service. I ordered 2 blonde roast and they only brought up 1. I told the barista there should be another and I asked for a cup holder, she said it coming up and left. I waited for about another 6 mins or so I and could see my 2nd coffee, all she had to do was add oatmilk and bring it over. It sat there by the brewer and she brought other orders as well as attended to the register. Finally she walks over asks, what are you waiting for? Ia said my 2nd coffee and the cup holder I asked about earlier, no response. She went and got my coffee and place on the counter. They are extremely slow doesn't pay attention to what customers are asking or saying."

"Unfriendly staff on this day. Usually they are kind and attentive but today they were off by a mile. No greeting from the 2 baristas working. I was ignored until the cashier came from the back and just happened to see me waiting. My drink was prepared timely but the barista mispronounced my name, with no eye contact and no smile. Hot drink had no sleeve or double cup. I asked for a stopper the barista got it for me but never looked at me. I can see if it was busy but it wasn't. They were laughing and talking amongst themselves but the customers just seemed to be a bother. I felt like they didn't want to serve me today."

"Love the friendly staff that work here. I never had a bad experience. Once I accidentally placed an order at a different location. The barista honored my order and gave me everything. Workers always get my drinks right. It’s a nice place to have a conversation and have coffee. Definitely my go to location in my neighborhood."

"Recently, service has been slow to where even mobile orders take longer than expected. Compared to before when the service was prompt. It appears as if they keep getting new staff every time and like any job it takes a while to learn and manage the skills. Ownership of this establishment must not treat their employees well if they can't retain them for long periods."

"The coffee I got here was expired!!!!!! It had this buttery taste with this thick yellow consistency! Disgusting. Paying $8 for a coffee like this sucks.. they should really keep track of their things!!!"
