"I placed an order for delivery using the tropical smoothie website jan 22 name Emily T I never received my order and there was no follow up to the contact form I submitted a few times no one answers the phone either DoorDash refunded the store in order for me to get a refund as well. I’m still charged for this issue with no update"
"I ordered a drink on the app and the employee there refused to give me it even though I had confirmation of the order. He was extremely combatant and rude. Also had the nerve to tell me to never come back to the location. As if I would ever want to spend my time or money at this establishment ever again. Some people just aren't cut out for a position that serves customers."
