"Just called to place an order and the Rep seemed very inexperienced. She was going over the order 3-4 times already. She changed her tone towards the end telling me that I need to pay over the phone because the order is more than $50 as I started laughing saying that’s totally fine. She got upset thinking I’m making fun of her obviously it made me upset and canceled the order, here is a tip for Pizza Hut hire people who want to work . And don’t treat all of your customers. Specially, your customers in the Morton Grove neighborhood like thieves. We will still pay you over the phone before you can start our order that’s fine."

"Staff member greeted us upon entering the establishment. He promptly asked if we had an order in already and checked to see if it was completed. He was slightly taken aback by the fact that we checked the order based on his expression. Only point of order would have been to ask if everything looked ok. But, he thanked us for coming in."

"Love the stuffed crust here only thing I came at 10:30 at night and the side where the parking is , is just pitch black so it’s a bit creepy definitely would recommend they invest in some lights they are a well known brand u wouldn’t think that would be a problem. Other then that food is great and service is good as well"

"I rated this place 1 star 3 years ago. Seems like they have new owner. Pizza is hot even by the time you get home. Person on the phone or person who takes the payment super polite. Changing it to 5 stars. Thanks for the dinner !!!"

"I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for some time now but the quality and customer service has really dropped off. The pizza tastes hardly cooked and soggy bc it is covered with a plastic bag. I am not sure why they are doing this because it ruins the pizza. Last time I ordered they messed up my order. It was supposed to be one cheese and one bbq pizza but they put marinara on. When I called to let them know they acted like I was a liar and were making jokes and laughing. They wanted me to pick it up and I told them no bc this was not my fault and I paid money for this garbage that no one wants to eat now. Not to mention I didn’t feel good. Not ordering from this place anymore that do not care about what they are doing and treat customers disrespectfully."
