"I would give them a higher rating for Iced Coffee, but it never taste the same. But I only use the app to pick up, but it still it took longer with no one in line."
"They only care about online orders at this location at 8:15am. Waiting at the counter for 5 minutes with 4 people behind me and no service. Asked when they were going to take orders from the counter and they commented that had to get through the other (online) orders first. Should have a person dedicated to the counter in the morning for walk-in orders."
"NOT TRUCKER FRIENDLY !!! If you start your shift at night and want a coffee they will not serve you , door is closed and won’t let you order by window even if there is no cars. Rude night shift supervisor."

"I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on."
