"service if I could say it as 0 I would have. I waited 20 minutes for 2 bagles asked for a manager and she was very rude and didn't even apologize. 5 people that came after me got their food first. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy."
"So I originally left a one star review but today I went back to give them another chance and MUCH MUCH BETTER! I asked for the oatmilk to come from the original container due to my allergy to dairy milk. They were all so very nice! Spoke with the manager and thanked her for having a great and understanding staff!"

"I stopped in here in between football games, the kid who took my order wasn’t even listening to my order. He charged me for the wrong product, I corrected if him after I paid, realizing he over charged and rang up the wrong product. My order was a medium pumpkin iced coffee which tasted like water! I will never return to this Dunkin. Terrible customer service!"
"App is a scam, Ordered for pickup, sold me something they didn't have. Asked to credit back to my app balance, told me I cad to call corporate for that ...... not them doing the work ..... me ..... which after 45 minutes I figured they needed the money more than me and just hung up. Score another freebie for the corporate machine."
