"Lady making the coffee was hard to understand so after she told me my drink was ready I asked if it had oat milk (verifying due to milk allergy). She got upset with me and said “I already said it had oat milk” and she seemed visibly annoyed and didn’t seem to have awareness she is difficult to understand. I noticed she was rather abrasive with other customers too. Walked away with a bad feeling like I was some chastised child."

"I had a horrible experience. One lady is name Rosa and then there was another lady I asked for a decaf cappuccino vanilla they gave me a Frappuccino. I just had a diabetic attack about 10 minutes before I wanted to get something warm to drink so I’d stop shaking then they were very rude and gave me a half a cup and I ordered a large then I came back so excuse me ma’am can I please have a large cup can I have a full cup please I ordered a large and paid for a large I would like a full cup please she got an attitude and threw it in the garbage and then made it with an attitude. They need an attitude adjustment. They’re rude as ever here I’m going to report them to the corporation that is unacceptable to treat people. That way you treat people how you wanna get treated that’s wrong and it’s at the airport. That’s sad."
