"It’s really true that one bad employee can ruin an experience. I had used oil from doing my oil change and today at around one o’clock my boyfriend was dropping it off and the lady at the counter was very rude. He hadn’t seen the sign on the door that said they weren’t accepting oil today because of trying to balance the oil pan and open the door for himself. When he got to the counter she was so sassy stating “You know there is a sign on the door that says we aren't accepting oil right now!” Every interaction with a customer is so important and this quick conversation is proof of that. I really appreciate and am grateful for the service of them taking used oil. But I will definitely be going to another location from now on! If she had been kind about everything it would have been no big deal."
