"Got my order incorrect, asked for a little extra Carmel since I already drove 10 mini down the road and had to drive all the way back. The new cashier stated she had to charge extra!!! FOR WHAT NOT DOING YOUR JOB!? Just do you know the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT! I definitely dislike the new staff that don’t know how to make a classic ice coffee… I use to come here everyday! Where is the old workers?"

"I really want to love this location but I just can’t, I always order online for pickup and arrive a good while after I place the order but it still takes 15 minutes for them to prepare the drink. I do ask for extra caramel and pay for it but when I get my drink there is almost none"

"This location is on my way to Menards. When I stop here, I'm always greeted with a smile and my drinks are always made right. It can get a bit busy but they do their very best to get everyone out in a timely manner. Customer service is good. The store is clean as well."
