"I asked for no sugar and received a coffee loaded with sugar. When I asked for a hot latte I received an iced one. They talk so fast you can not understand them and when I tried to correct my order they walked away from me. Refused to give me the correct drink I ordered. By far the worst experience I've had at a Dunkin."
