"Absolutely terrible service. The hostess was VERY rude when my friends and I tried to secure a table to eat. We called ahead of time, and even had the table confirmed. We were told our table was “getting ready” and that it would be “ready soon.” After 10 minutes, we went up to check on the status of our table, and the hostess pretended like she didn’t even know us (I wish I was making this up). After this, we decided not to waste our time and money at this establishment. I would recommend going to TEARDROP cafe in new Lenox, much better service."
"A popular breakfast spot that was suggested to me for their biscuits and gravy. Country Charm did not disappoint! Busy place so I had to wait to be seated, but once I did, my order was served quickly and with a smile. My b&g were quite tasty: thick, tasty gravy and tender biscuits hit just right."
"My favorite breakfast place. I love the skillets, lots of good food. I'm a big guy and those skillets always fill me up. Quick attentive servers and the food gets put on your table fast. I also like that old restaurant atmosphere. Newer places just don't have that vibe. For the last 19 years the wife and I have tried every breakfast restaurant in the area and keep coming back to the Country Charm. They do everything right at a reasonable price."
