"The employees are human beings and deserve to work in a safe work environment. I could only see the one fan. Regardless, fan(s) on, doors open, the place is a sauna. Forget the poor temperature for food conditions because these employees deserve basic human decency. These employees don't even have an option for tipping while working under such conditions. It's currently ~60° outside, I CANNOT fathom the upcoming summer conditions they'll have to bear. Respectfully, dunkin' donuts, can we install something, redesign the place, or something to provide safe work conditions for your hardworking, beautiful being employees? If they truly can not have a tipping jar, they should have a wage increase, respectfully."
"My family and I have been customers at this location for years! The employees are always so nice. The dining area is always clean. Sometimes they can be slow with your order but it’s worth the wait!"
"Went to the baskin robbins side. Was disappointed and the words "we don't have it right now" were used A LOT. Advertising flavor of the month as Blue Berry Muffin, which apparently was the flavor of the month in MARCH. No chocolate dipped or "fancy" waffle cones. Friendly staff though."
