"Purchased a Seagate 2TB Expansion card at this location as a new, never opened inventory item. Once I arrived home and opened the item, I noticed that the expansion card case was split open. Someone had pried it open and swapped the 2TB card with a 1TB card and reassembled the expansion card poorly. The serial number on the expansion card did not match the serial number on the box. Someone purchased this item before me, tampered with it, returned it and this item was restocked on the shelf. I made an exchange with no issue but they did not have other replacement units in stock. I requested to have the nearest store hold a unit for me so I could make a stop on my way home. I arrived at the Kildeer store where I was expecting an item on hold only to he told that they do not have any units in stock. What a mess. Best Buy has serious quality control and customer service issues."

"I stopped by today with an issue with my Sony camera that wasn't working correctly and the employee was nice enough to take his time out to show me what wasn't working correctly and way to work around it.
