"My experiences at this location have overall been good. When I order at the window and check my order before I leave it's normally perfect. I do not suggest you order on the app because the time "saved" by pre order is spent threefold when attempting to communicate an order issue with the window person. Don't even try to ask for help with a credit for a unavailable item ordered online because Dunkin' employees have no clue about... nor care to know, about the online services. Don't ask for contact information as the window person two weeks ago told me so very curtly "No I'm not going to give you anything, why would I ? You need to go online on your phone and look it up!". Then she shut the window and walked away. Thank you Dunkin' for that helpful information the employee is a one star and the processes in place are two stars. The coffee is five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Go inside your sanity will thank you"
"I have to say that my latte almost always tastes perfect,if not I bring it right back. I just don't like that I'm friendlier than they are. I say thank you more. I always they them to have a nice day. I guess customer service isn't what it use to be. There is only one or two ladies working there who are polite and friendly."
"I ordered already couple times croissant with no eggs but nobody cares, just eggs on it, are you kidding, what if someone have allergies for eggs, you don’t cares, bad service bad food. Please if somebody wants to order from this location, be careful- nobody cares about your special notes"

"I ordered from here 2 days in a row, and they messed up my order both times. I ordered a LARGE refresher and received a medium… and the second day I ordered a plain toasted bagel, and received a bagel with a hunk of cream cheese in the middle, which I hate cream cheese. I had to go to Starbucks to get my bagel made correctly because I was on my way to work. Really disappointed I can’t rely on them to make my orders correctly even though I order ahead and my order is written down in clear writing… I would love some compensation for the mistakes"
