"So good. Their green tea lemonade is so refreshing!!!! Not a bad menu in regards to food either. You see why this place is so addictive. Excellent service. They try to get your purchase to you as soon as possible even though they are crowded at times. Good stuff."
"Service just awful . Slow. And with Bad attitude . Waiting very long for a cup of strait coffee with cream , that was suppose to be served at the cashier level . When I finally point it to the manager , she attacked me very aggressively instead of apologizing . I order a scone I ask no heated . They heated to scone and I waited for ever for that , but the worse of this was the manager literally attacking me and showed no care about the customers ."
"I order the same drink every day with no ice, sometimes twice. I frequent 6 locations and often stop at others. This is the first time I've received a half full cup in all of the orders I've placed over dozens of stores. I brought it to the girl who was working the windows attention she acted like it was normal?! I asked a friend of mine who is a Starbucks employee and looked online and corporate policy is to fill it up. I did chat support and they gave me a credit for the drink but this bad not my favorite bux! The line was slow too! Not sure if I should just avoid this place all together or expect them to do better next time."
"The store was so clean and the employees and manager were so polite. The drink was perfect that my friend ordered and the breakfast sandwich was piping hot just like I like it."
"This is one of the only Starbucks locations in the area that doesn’t have crazy wait times in the drive-thru. Lady lady on the intercom was so friendly and cheery! They made my drink perfectly and they gave me my cheese danish to eat while it was warm before my drink came out. The location is pretty small, but you know-great things come in small packages! Definitely will be returning!"
