"Miserable first and last experience. Came in looking for wiper blade rubber refills. A younger guy tried helping me find them, but couldn't get them pulled up in the system. Enter sleezebag manager. He explains that they don't carry those anymore, rather obnoxiously breaking down how old world they are, and it's actually just as cheap to buy a whole wiper blade (absolutely isn't). Then continually attempts to sell me on crappy wiper blades that I don't want. I did happen to see a rainx ceramic windshield treatment on the clearance rack with a red sticker on it, and figured it would be a good deal on something I wanted anyway, so I'd buy that to get the guy off my back about the wiper blades. I get out to my car and out of suspicion Google the product to find that the red sticker price I'd assumed to be a heavy discount was actually slightly more than near every other store. Thoroughly annoyed by this, and put off by the negative reviews of the product, I tried to walk back in to return it unopened, receipt in hand. Manager seemed offended by the idea of wanting to return a product just because of finding it at a lower price, but I think it's reasonable to feel the red sticker clearance price being a regular sale price is rather misleading. This wouldn't be a problem at the local AutoZone, 1 because they don't do the same false deals and 2 because they would have taken it back no problem. Suffice to say, won't be making a second trip."

"Dishonest and very discourteous I purchased a blower motor resistor to replace my old one which was dying. I installed it, and it turned out to be defective and failed within 5 days. I went back to the store and was told to purchase a new one and swap them out, and then receive a refund for the defective one at any time because it came with a lifetime warranty. After the defective resistor was removed, I returned to the store for my promised refund. I was very rudely informed that the store does not grant any returns for any item that is related to the electrical components of a vehicle. I was also told that the individual who told me to return the defective part "did not know what he was doing." This begs the question of, why do you have a person who "does not know what he is doing" on the sales floor with no supervision? This store has been my go-to for vehicle parts for years, but I will no longer patronize this establishment. A word of caution to everyone out there, do not expect a refund on defective items even when they are sold to you with a LIFETIME warranty."

"Customer service was awful. Walked in the store with the part that I needed and was told to go look down I’ll to somewhere and that was all the assistance I could get I left and went to AutoZone. Thanks."

"Went to this auto parts store for a steering wheel cover. The customer service was amazing! Isaac went above and beyond and put the cover on for me when I asked even though this is not a service that they normally provide. My finger nails thank you so much Isaac!"
